Hello hellooooooo Sundae Sunday here , served up with a hint of notty and a dollop of hotty ;)) Singhania ke aaise ke taise Geet has more closer issues to worry about ;)) Her Maan could be in danger from the gorgeous Agent Gupta…hahahahahaha somehow the word Body guard is not sitting well with her at all! Do comment love to read them, tell me what you enjoyed and what you didn’t ;)))
We should move out of here. Captain Veer Singh looked at Maan.
“Err Geet lets go.”
But Geet was glued to Agent Gupta. Her eyes raking her from top to bottom.
“Adi you take Pinky and go back to the office I need to go a meeting.” Maan said eager to do as the Captain said, he could already see the curious crowd and security approaching.
“Bye Geet be safe.” Pinky murmured her eyes straying from the handsome Agent Rathod to Captain Veer Singh.
“Uh huh…” Geet replied her eyes watching Maan closely.
“Geet lets go. You should go home with Captain Veer Singh and relax after your fright, I need to go to a meeting and then I will be home straight away.”
“Maan I will come with you too.”
“But Geet you are not working on this project at all.” Maan frowned at her as they walked towards their transport.
“But errr Maan your project sounds interesting.” She watched as Agent Gupta walked close to Maan her face impassive her eyes shielded by Ray Bans.
“Chado!” Where is she looking? Was she making eyes at Maan from behind those glasses.
Had he talked about the project to her, he couldn’t remember. But that was not important, she needed to go home and rest, she had nearly died up there. Hell! he didn’t want to attend either but he had promised Ashok and the fact was he didn’t want Singhania to think he had won by running home.
“No..best you go home. Captain..”
“Yes sir I will make sure she will get home safely Sir.”
Maan nodded and slipped into his car, Agent Gupta slipping into the passenger seat with what Geet thought was exaggerated flair.
“OHH!” she growled.
“Maam? You said something.” Captain Veer Singh inquired as he opened the door for her, making sure there was no one watching.
“No….No.” Geet muttered slipping to the transport the Captain provided. She sat down with a thump, her eyes narrowing as all sorts of thoughts raced across her mind only stopping as her phone rang.
“Geet beta!” Daadima’s worried voice came over the line. “I saw on the news…they mentioned you and Maan in trouble in a shopping mall…something about an attack?”
“Daadima we are fine. Look, I am just coming home, Maan will also be home shortly after he finishes. I will tell you about in a few moments.” Assuring daadima she terminated the call.
Immediately her thoughts went back to Agent Gupta.
“Err Captain Singh….err Agent Gupta..” She couldn’t really ask him outright if she was married. “Err Agent Gupta…unusual for a woman to become a agent.”
“No maam, Major Saab recruits may women, he says that they can do what men really cant.”
“I bet!” Geet muttered.
“I assure you, Agent Gupta is a very capable woman, she will stick very close to Maan sir.”
“That’s what I’m afraid off.” Geet muttered as she sank into her seat with temporary defeat. After all she had insisted on security for Maan she couldn’t crib too much. Best if she put her mind to finding and dealing with Singhania that would negate the requirement for Agent Gupta.
Staring at Mohan and Ramu Singhania sipped his single malt.
“What am I going to do with you two? You told me Geet was on her own. You led me to believe no one NO ONE was within reaching distance to help her. I laid my life on the line, blew my cover and came there myself and find I was within a hairs breadth of getting caught! Now Geet knows exactly
what I look like! You tell me what am I supposed to do now?”
Mohan looked at boss and then an idea struck him, with a smile he said,”Boss boss I have it!”
“Grow a beard boss!”
“Yes boss!” Ramu backed him up. “That is a great idea!”
In the middle of another sip Singhania choked with outrage at Mohan’s suggestion. Grow a beard! Really? That was Mohan’s plan, he had to get some better help he muttered to himself. But where from? All his old contacts didn’t want to know, he was stuck with these two until he pulled off something big that gave him back the standing he once had in the underworld.
Maan stared at Geet, she was acting very odd all evening. There was sweet and there was over sweet. And Geet was being completely over the top sweet all evening. Anticipating his every move and even doing things for him which he really didn’t need. Something was amiss with her but he couldn’t pin point it.
“Geet!” Growling he muttered as Babli, Chotu and daadima giggled together. “Why are you cutting up my food? Even Chotu cuts up his own food, I can do it myself!”
“But Maan why I don’t I do it for you, after all I am here.” Smiling ever so sweetly she chopped up his pasta with vigour.
“Didi, you are always here at the dinner table how come you have never done this before?” Chotu piped up. Babli stared at the goings on quietly.
“Geet! I don’t need feeding! What IS the matter with you?” Frustrated Maan pushed her fork away that was piled up with the now mashed pasta.
“Err nothing ..nothing…” Geet muttered, wanting to curse but having to smile sweetly. “How was your meeting?” She asked casually trying to feed him some pasta with a fork again.
Completely taking the fork out of her hand with a exasperated sigh Maan muttered. “It was fine.”
“Errr…was agent Gupta with you all the time?”
“Of-course she is after all there for my security, you wanted me to be safe. She sticks to me like glue!” He advised matter-of-factly.
“She?” Babli asked curiously. “A lady body guard for Jiju?”
Body guard! The word lodged in Geet’s brain and bounced around as she stared at Maan’s fit body.
Daadima suddenly coughed hiding her laughter, ‘SHE’ no wonder Geet was all flustered.
“She must be like a super hero!” Chotu smiled, “I want to meet her didi!”
He heard her muttering curses under her breath and grabbing another fork she skewered the pasta and held it to his mouth. There she was again determined to feed him the tortured pasta, he moved his plate out of the way and stared at her closely. What was wrong with her?
Why was she acting like this. Asking about Agent Gupta all the time? Was she upset with her for some reason? But why? Agent Gupta had barely said a few words to her.
‘Don’t worry I will stick to Maan sir like glue.’ He recalled her exact words and suddenly a wide grin broke out on his face.
“Err Geet, yes she is a really really good agent. Sticks SO close to me, ALL the time.”
Daadima stared at Maan giving him a glare which said stop teasing Geet. But Maan paid no attention to her. He was going to enjoy every moment of this.
“Err Geet tomorrow pack some extra lunch I will share it with Nisha.”
NISHA! Geets eyes became as round as saucers, her mouth fell open. Her eyes glittered with anger. Lunch khilayega NISHA ko? Itne mirchi daalungi ke lunch khana he bhool jayegi that Nisha her thoughts ran amock, getting wilder and wilder at what she could do to Agent Gupta.
“And Geet mirchi maat daalna she is allergic to it.” Maan dropped casually as he finished his food and stood up. “Err I have some work to catch up on and also I need to call Nisha to finalise tomorrow’s schedule. With that he left the table grinning to himself.
“Geet beta you do know he is only teasing you.” Daadima reassured her quietly as Babli and Chotu talked about school.
“Daadima you havn’t seen her, she is super fit.”Geet shook her head with worry.
“Really? Geet you think Maan would even look at another woman when he has you?”
“Daadima not only did he LOOK he smiled and charmed. You have no idea about these things. I am going to persuade Major Saab to swap duties.”
“Geet tum paagal ho! Chalo Babli, Chotu lets go and watch some TV leave your didi to think mad things.”
Chotu looked at Geet. “Why are you thinking mad things? Grown ups are so funny.” he muttered to Babli who nodded gravely.
Geet sat there at the dinning table her plate of food hardly touched. Daadima had no clue about these modern women she thought. But what could she do, she couldn’t very well phone Major Saab and demand that he swap security for Maan that would make her sound like a complete madwoman.
“Which I am turning into.” Jumping up from the table she went in search of Maan.
“Yes, Major Saab. Singhania was there, he actually came to the shopping centre himself. I really couldn’t believe it. He has become that desperate.”
“Maan you must be extra careful now. Looks like he hasn’t been able to gather and work with the underworld contacts he had before. They are all either shunning him or thinking he is no longer worth bothering with. A desperate man will do desperate things.”
Maan stared blankly at his laptop. Yes him trying to throw Geet over the balcony had been a desperate measure, not worthy of the old Singhania. Major Saab was right. He really had to keep ahead of Singhania.
“I will be very careful.” He assured Major Saab as he rang off. Just spotting Geet huffin and puffing towards him. “Yes but tonight I am going to have fun. And lots of it!” He grinned thinking of all the things he could do to make Geet do whilst she was in this state.
